EBENEZER AHIATOR. Ebenezer is the Managing Partner of the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Ghana, Legon. He then proceeded to the Ghana School of Law for the Barrister at Law Certificate. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Cape Coast. Ebenezer is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.

Prior to the setting up of this firm, he worked as a young lawyer with two other law firms namely, Awoonor Law Consultancy and K-Archy & Company where he became an associate. At Awoonor Law Consultancy, a firm he joined in 2010, he worked with their legal team by providing a wide range of legal services to corporate and individual clients. He represented the Ghana Commercial Bank, the Agricultural Development Bank and the National Investment Bank in court. When he later joined K-Archy & Co. in 2013, he was assigned to deal with and to represent companies such as Phoenix Insurance Company, Kinapharma Company Limited, Lekma and many others.

He is also a consultant to Mikkmos Logistics and AT Quarries. The former is a logistics company which also trades in commodities whilst the latter is a mining company respectively.
